Clinical Assessments
A focused suite of structured, evidence-informed screening instruments—each designed to surface meaningful patterns quickly, guide clinical conversation, and inform the next step in care.
The Role of Assessment in Care
Thoughtful assessment turns vague concern into actionable insight. Each VisionLogic instrument draws on validated clinical frameworks and is built to be completed independently or alongside a clinician, producing a clear, shareable profile that grounds the work that follows.
These tools are intentionally efficient: they identify risk factors, protective resources, and areas warranting deeper attention—so that limited session time is spent where it matters most.
How to use these instruments. Each assessment is a first-round screening tool intended to inform clinical dialogue and prompt further in-person evaluation. They are not standalone diagnostic instruments and do not replace comprehensive assessment by a licensed professional.
