Counseling
Trauma-informed, systemic, and strengths-based — for individuals, couples, and families.
We choose the approach that fits the client — not the client that fits the approach.
Our Approach
We work with individuals, couples, and families navigating attachment injuries, trauma, addiction, ADHD, and life transitions. Our approach integrates multiple evidence-based frameworks to address both the behavioral patterns you want to change and the underlying beliefs, memories, and narratives that drive them.
We bring complementary specialties — from trauma reprocessing and parts work to attachment repair, couples therapy, and addiction recovery — and we choose the approach that best fits each client’s needs and goals rather than fitting the client to a single method.

ADHD & Behavioral Challenges
Developing practical strategies and deeper self-understanding.

Counseling here is supported by the LifeScaping transformation system — a collection of assessments and reflection tools designed to deepen awareness and guide meaningful change. Grounded in the P3 Model (Perception of Potential Pain) and the Three Principles (Mind, Consciousness, and Thought), LifeScaping guides clients through a process of Mastering Awareness, Transformation, and Intent — moving from insight to purpose-driven action.
Between us, we draw on:
— selecting what best fits each client.

Kevin Brough, M.A., MFT-A
At the heart of my work is the P3 Model (Perception of Potential Pain) — the understanding that many of our struggles stem from how we perceive threat and loss, often rooted in early attachment experiences. Combined with The Three Principles (Mind, Consciousness, and Thought), this framework helps clients see that much of their experience is created from within, opening the door to profound shifts in perspective and well-being.
My path to this work came through my own transformational experiences — challenges that led me from a successful business career to a deeper calling in human growth and recovery.

Tina Brough, LMFT
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and a trauma-informed clinician, working with individuals, couples, and families across all ages. Growing up in an Air Force family, I lived in many places and cultures, which gave me an early appreciation for how differently each of us experiences the world.
My path into this profession grew out of my own experience surviving trauma and the long search for answers and healing — a journey that shapes both how and why I practice, with authenticity and compassion. I take a systemic, integrative, and strengths-based approach, helping clients strengthen the relationships and emotional bonds that so powerfully shape our wellbeing.
