Internal Resource Assessment

Personal Capacity Evaluation | Part 1 of 3

Welcome to Part 1: Internal Resources

This assessment helps you identify what internal resources you currently have available to create the life you desire. Unlike external resources (money, possessions, relationships), these are INTERNAL capacities that form the foundation for everything else.

Resources flow through four stages:

  • THINK (Belief, Knowledge, Clarity) - Your mental resources
  • FEEL (Emotion, Energy, Hope) - Your emotional and energy resources
  • CREATE (Skills, Regulation, Creativity) - The capacities that let you pause and respond consciously instead of reacting
  • ACT (Time, Follow-Through, Physical) - Your execution resources

When resources flow freely from Think → Feel → Create → Act, life works. When flow is blocked at any stage, everything downstream suffers.

"You cannot transform what you cannot see. Awareness is the first step toward any authentic change."

Your Information

Instructions

For each resource below, move the slider to rate yourself honestly from 0 to 10. Every slider starts at 5, so please move each one, even if your answer is 5 (slide away and back).

  • 0-2: Severely Depleted (nearly empty; major blockage)
  • 3-4: Significantly Limited (struggling; noticeable problems)
  • 5-6: Moderate/Mixed (inconsistent; sometimes there, sometimes not)
  • 7-8: Good/Strong (generally available; minor issues only)
  • 9-10: Excellent/Abundant (flows freely; fully accessible)

Check the statements that are true for you under each resource. They build awareness of what you already have.
