Power QTR: Your 90-Day Transformation Hub
Work to live, not live to work. Power QTR turns what your LifeScaping assessments revealed into three focused changes this quarter: one new habit launched each month, each kept running while the next begins. Small, steady steps in one area at a time build real momentum.
LifeScaping Integration
The Six P’s of Time
Schedule relational modes (Personal, People, Peers) first, then fill in functional modes. Tag each monthly goal with the P it lives in.

Your Assessments: Where to Focus
Power QTR reads the results saved on this device by your LifeScaping assessments and suggests where to focus. Complete them in the same browser you use for Power QTR.
Suggested Focus Areas
Balance before performance: many people start with their lowest-scoring area. Tap a month to use a suggestion.
Quantum Leap Goals: One Focus Per Month
Set one goal per month, tied to a Sacred Balance category and a Six P’s time mode. Break it into four weekly objectives, then plan for the obstacle most likely to get in the way. Each month’s habit keeps running while the next one starts.
Habit Science: Launch in 21 Days, Keep It for the Quarter
Each quarter has 12 planning weeks plus a 13th Review & Renewal week (Mellow Yellow) to reflect, celebrate, and plan the next quarter.
You may have heard that habits take 21 days. The research is more encouraging and more realistic. In a study that followed people building new daily habits, behaviors took about 66 days on average to become automatic, ranging from 18 to 254 days depending on the person and the habit. Missing a single day did not undo progress (Lally et al., 2010).
Your Habit Tracker
Neurological Levels: Where Is the Barrier?
When you hit a wall, identify where the barrier lives. Each level calls for a different kind of help (based on Robert Dilts’ Neurological Levels). Choose the one that fits best.
MindScaping: Nightly Reflection & Scripting
In the quiet minutes before sleep, write a short script for each goal in your MindScaping Journal. The scripts below are built from your goals and plans in a way research supports: statements you can honestly believe, paired with the obstacle and your plan for it.
Valued Activities Bank
Give each valued activity a dollar value (for example, twice your hourly rate) and tally them nightly in your journal. It is a simple way to notice that time spent on what matters is an investment.
VisionLogic Therapeutic Tools
Use these alongside your quarterly work, based on your assessments, your barrier level, or your therapist’s recommendation.
Reports & Backup
Print or save your quarterly plan as a PDF, email a summary to your therapist, or back up your plan to move it to another device.
Calendar Sync
Download one calendar file with all three monthly habits plus a weekly review, then open it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook (or set each goal’s time on the Goals tab). Imported events are copies; changes here do not update them automatically.
